When we shift our attention to each of these areas, we can take away the obstacles to our intrinsic “Wellness” program and unlock our healing capacity and vibrant health.

You will likely notice that you’ve got one or maybe 2 of these covered, if you’ve got all 3 then time for a happy dance! If not, this will help you to see exactly where to focus your efforts and take action and then get on with the job of living a life “by design”.

Each avenue requires attention, so let’s take a look at them and reveal the areas we can improve upon:

  1. Bottom up: nutrition, sleep, hormones, genes, immune system, exercise…
  2. Top down: thoughts, cognition, emotions, mind set, beliefs, feelings…
  3. Outside in: social and environmental factors, stress, life events, education…

What have you got nailed and what still needs some attention?
